We believe you are going to love Julaybib products. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of purchase. Please check our refund policy by clicking here.

All products purchased through our Official Store or Authorized Partners are covered up to 1 year after purchase.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our Customer Service Representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

 

For more information, please read the points below:

• The product warranty is offered with any purchase of Julaybib products through its Official Store or Authorized Partners, up to one (1) year after the purchase date.
• All warranty claims must be accompanied by the warranty card given with the purchase.
• Warranty claim is only redeemable once (1), as long as the product is still available and has not been discontinued.
• Warranty only covers minor damages because of casual use. Warranty does not cover damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster or incorrect usage of the product.
• Warranty covers free of charges upper damages, such as unglued parts, loose stitches, worn-out velcro, and broken plastic parts.
• Customers are responsible for all the shipping costs incurred.
• Faulty products will be replaced free of charges.
