Shipping policy
Fast Shipping and Hassle Free Returns
We offer Free shipping for all orders within Indonesia, Malaysia & Singapore. Orders from outside of those areas will be charged Shipping cost accordingly.
For Indonesian orders, shipments outside of Java & Bali will be given Rp. 40,000 subsidy on the shipping cost.
Information about the shipment:
- Orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse within 24 - 48 hours. Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday.
- Orders received before 2 PM WIB will be shipped same day. Orders after 2 PM will be shipped the following day.
- Order for deliveries within Indoensia will arrive within 2 to 7 business days, inshaAllah.
- All international (Non-Indonesian) orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days by our dedicated carrier, inshaAllah. Western Europe & North America orders will be delivered within 10 business days.
- Please contact us for return requests at contact@julaybib.co.id.
- If you are not satisfied with the size of the product, or if you would like to return OR exchange the product, you will be able to do so within 7 days of receiving your product. Return requests are eligible for a full refund, less shipping.

Return Policy does not apply to products purchased with a discount code.
- For all returns, products must be in its original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return of damaged or used products. Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).
- Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 1 to 3 business days of receipt.
